I challenge any official EA or Steam representative to post here and tell me either one of these two companies actually believe they are delivering this content in a professional quality manner. Download new equipment andmissions to continue your adventure even after the main story is complete. I really believe if Steam sells this game and EA allows Steam or any other delivery company to sell it there should be a smooth gaming experience. When I Google this problem I see thousands of complaints.
